One of my goals when I started this podcast was to be consistent. I think 50 episodes made when the average podcast ends at 8 is an achievement. But the first 50 were just the warm up. Vacations are a fantastic and potentially stressing time. Not only do you sometimes spend too much money but you wind up needing a vacation after the vacation. I'm a firm believer that we need to spend more time taking care of ourselves and the benefits of vacation time can often be overlooked by unintended pressures.

It's the graduation season yet again and for the first time since I graduated I've had the luxury of seeing just how much differently it is today then it was in the early 1990's. I always wanted to have a pool, but I thought it was out of my price range. Once I realized I could do it for an affordable price, I set out to make it happen. Little did I know at the time, just how much maintenance and research I would have to do just to keep it functioning properly.
