Shaurya Kaushal is Phd candidate and is one of the strongest cyclists in Bangalore. He is part of LBB Racing, which is one of the strongest cycling teams in India. He is behind initiatives like The Monthly Cours, a club racing series in Bangalore and an Youtube channel named FTP(From The Peloton) where he along with a friend, Joel, analyses club races in India. I really love the work they are doing on that channel. I think content like that helps in educating and improving the awareness of the cycling and racing community. You should check it out and subscribe to the channel.
In this episode, we talk about his journey in cycling. We talk about his training methods over the years that helped him become the cyclist he is now. We also talk about community races, his racing style, racing strategies that worked and did not work for him among others.
