How is workplace culture and diversity impacted by COVID-19? This is exactly what Keryn and Jamie discuss in episode 4 of The Working World.
Joined by Dr Interligi, a registered psychologist and published author on corporate culture, we learn how important strategic HR, talent management, employee engagement and change management is in an uncertain world.
Currently the Managing Director of Launching Pad, Dr Interligi was previously the Chief Human Resources & Corporate Services Officer at CIMIC Group Limited, and has also been an executive of John Holland Group, as well as working for Origin Energy and Sensis.
