Supreme Court Might Defend Pro-Life Free Speech

Today the US Supreme Court will hear arguments on the bizarre California law requiring pro-life centers to publish pro-abortion materials While the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of abortion multiple times it has been more reticent to abridge free speech rights

In 2014 the court ruled that Massachusetts could not enforce a law requiring a 35-foot buffer zone for pro-life activists protesting and praying around abortion mills

The Thomas More Society reports that the Supreme Court will be considering whether to allow David Daleiden to release more of his undercover videos exposing the alleged atrocities committed by Planned Parenthood The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has a gag order on Daleidens journalistic investigations
