Mike and Pete travel to Fifth Hammer Brewing in LIC NYC. It is the boys first brewery live show and first in the NYC area. Matt from Brewed in NY invited the boys to a fun day talking with Finback Brewery, ICONYC Brewery, LIC Beer Project and of course Chris from Fifth Hammer. So many guests show up including Graz, BlackandTan TV and the Beer Swipers.

Called the "Science Show", the boys at North Fork Brewing Co take the show to school talking about the science of farming and how it dictates their own ingredients for the brewing process. Jef from Hartwell Woodshop bring in some goodies for the show and talks shop...literally. Charlie from 1940's Brewery stops by and shares some stories and brews. Special guests Graz and Mike from Boston are in studio and we talk to Bayside Brewery about their journey on the way to starting their own brewery.

Mike and Pete are joined by Brad and Dave of Squarehead Brewing Co. The boys dive into the back story of the brewery and explore many of the beer they offer. From double IPA to barrel aged saisons, Squarehead Brewing Co brings the hype right into the studio.

Mike and Pete are joined in studio with Bobby from Barrier Brewing Co. He delivers a brief history of the brewery, how it started and the plans they have for the future. Ricky, the manager over at Horace and Silvia's in Babylon NY, provides his perspective as a bar/restaurateur and speaks about the competitive craft beer market in the area. They also introduce their collaboration Next Hop Babylon debuting June 13th. Our friends at Oyster Creek Brewing call in with some info on the recent ABC legislation happening in NJ and is accompanied by fellow Podcaster Tony from the Two Brewthers Show.

Mike and Pete make their way to Rockaway Beach and broadcast live from RBQ restaurant for Rockatauk, a beer festival celebrating many local beers in the lower NY area, from Rockaway to Montauk. They sit with James and Ryan, the organizers of the festival. Dan from Long Beach Brewing Co joins the party and gives us an update on the status of the brewery. Bobby from Barrier swings by for a tease of the upcoming episode he going to be on. They talk to many of the festival goers and indulge in the great BBQ food being served.

Mike and Pete take the show literally underground to prepare for Rockatauk live on May 18th from RBQ in Far Rockaway. The boys discuss the last few week's adventures and beer travels. Mike and Pete have the pleasure to sit down with Joe from Sadden Bros Distillery, makers of the Ocean Hill spirits. We sample some of the fine brandy they have created and talk about the history and journey they have gone through to open their business in a very unsaturated market. Mark, Victor and Ryan from HopsScotch Bottle shop return to the show and bring food, laughs and games that they plan on using to help educate the non craft beer audience. Their goal is to help promote local businesses throughout LI NY!

The boys deliver a killer show featuring local owned and sourced WA Meadwerks. Joe brought us some newly created, unreleased goodies that put us all on our ass. Steve from Barrage Brewing delivered an awesome lineup of newly brewed liquids that capped off a great night of beers, mead and laughs!
