We all hear about burnout. But what about buildout?

In this final episode of the Called Out Called Up series, I am sharing the high performance habits and daily rhythms that have helped me stay strong in the stretch. These are the practices that hold me up when life gets heavy, when the assignment feels bigger than me, and when fear or distraction try to pull me off course.

Because here is the truth—if God is calling you to carry more, you are going to need a stronger foundation to stand on. This is not about hustle. This is about building stability, stamina, and spiritual strength so you can sustain what God has entrusted to you.

The Decade of Becoming: From Stretch to Shift
