I'm so excited to introduce my first podcast guest, Danielle!
She started off doing a favor for her friend's small business, then quickly realized she loved the work, so she started her own business.
Danielle does not have the "entrepreneurial gene." She's risk averse. She doesn't like taking chances, she works with tools she knows and loves. Even her job title is Risk Manager.
But her love for bulldogs, her desire to create, and her interest in giving back has overpowered her fears and launched her into a new world of designing and printing quality apparel and accessories, and she's fallen in love with it.
She doesn't have it all figured out - she's learning a lot as she goes. But she's going.
On this episode, listen as we discuss:
- Danielle's story of seeing an opportunity, stepping in to help, and turning it into her own LLC
- the power of mentors & community
- knowing your strengths and weaknesses
- making wise investments, especially early on
- how focusing on small tasks can really add up to something amazing
What goal or idea have you been avoiding? Today is a great day to make a plan and start making progress.
Because it's not that you haven't done it - it's just that you haven't done it yet.
