Kayla is an investor in the small multi-family space in Rochester NY. A realtor at Coldwell Banker with an undergraduate degree from Purchase College, Kayla worked in theater and events management in New York City and for a cruise line, before moving into the real estate industry. She flipped dozens of houses with a large house flipping company in the suburbs of NYC before deciding that rentals were the key to freedom and moving back to her hometown, which is conveniently a great rental market.
