David Hudgins is a Co-Founder and CFO of OTMFC, a successful multi-million-dollar equipment rental house for the entertainment industry. He started the company in 2003 and has steadily grown the business year over year. OTMFC now does complete lighting, grip, and vehicle rentals for commercial advertising including film, television, and print media. In 2007, David and his wife, Natalie Alchadeff, a prominent real estate Broker in Los Angeles, started the HB Group, LLC which invests and manages single-family and multi-family residences across several States. In addition to owning multiple single-family and duplex properties, David and Natalie purchased their first Multifamily property in 2018. They currently own or have invested in over 450 units in 5 states totaling over $42 million. David served as an elected official, serving on the Board of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council for 4 years, where he was the Chair of the Planning and Land use Committee. He met with developers of small and large multifamily and mixed-use properties during the approval process with the city. David and his wife enjoy investing in real estate where they can build wealth for early retirement while providing quality homes for the residents.

Frank is a full time, multifamily real estate investor for the past 21 years and started 24 years ago while employed full time. Having studied economics and finance, Frank was a registered investment advisor with his own firm before joining the Federal Reserve. At the Fed, Frank worked in the fiduciary world specializing in asset management of high net worth individuals and securities lending. He has formal credit underwriting and options training, worked on specialized investigations involving derivative transactions. Frank also attended law school. In addition to multifamily investing, he has flipped single-family houses, spec built homes, appeared in front of planning boards and zoning boards seeking relief, and active in local real estate meet-ups. He acts as a consultant for individuals facing challenges in their real estate business and self manages his own multi-million dollar portfolio, is an accredited investor, and seeks opportunistic investments. He speaks to other real estate investors about various aspects of real estate investing and maximizing passive cash flow. Frank is the former Chairman of the Atlantic Highlands Unified Board (Both Planning Board and Zoning Board). Frank served from 2007 to 2016. He was charged with the responsibility of reviewing applications, conducting public meetings, spearheaded new and various zoning laws revisions and worked with Professional Planners revising Master Plan for Atlantic Highlands which resulted in new development and growth.
