Noe Torres has a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He has written five books and a motion picture screenplay. Along with Ruben Uriarte, he has written two UFO books, Mexico’s Roswell: The Chihuahua UFO Crash and The Other Roswell: UFO Crash on the Texas-Mexico Border. He has appeared in television documentaries and on various radio programs. He is a regular speaker at the Roswell UFO Museum’s annual festival held each July, as well as at other UFO-related conferences and events around the country. He has hosted the Edinburg, Texas “Out of this World UFO” conference for the last several years.

Curt Collins is a UFO researcher and founder of the website BlueBlurryLines.com where he posts his work. Among other cases, Curt has taken a particular interest in the Cash-Landrum Texas UFO Encounter. The Cash-Landrum incident took place in 1980. Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum, and Vickie’s seven-year-old grandson, Colby Landrum, claimed to have encountered a UFO on the road near Dayton, Texas. It made the vehicle very hot and the group apparently suffered from physical effects due to the encounter.

Carol Rainey is a writer and filmmaker who has produced, written, and directed award-winning PBS and independent documentaries on medicine and science. She was awarded grant funding for fifteen documentary films from the National Institutes of Health. Once the films were complete, Rainey developed marketing and distribution strategies for the new products. Her narrative short film, “Momma Gets Her Ready,” won a National Endowment for the Arts Regional Fellowship and toured European museums with Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibits. Married to artist and UFO researcher Budd Hopkins from 1996 to 2006, Rainey co-authored with him the non-fiction book Sight Unseen: Science, UFOs and Transgenic Beings (Atria, 2003). In Sight Unseen, paranormal experience is used as an entrée into complex and startling breakthroughs in such fields as transgenics, bioengin-eering, neurobiology, and quantum physics. Rainey was a featured speaker at Cosmos and Consciousness VI, 2008; at the International UFO Congress, 2004; and has appeared in radio satellite tours on Westwood One and ABC Radio. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.

Don Ecker is the Director of Research for UFO Magazine. As a medically retired law enforcement officer, he puts a skeptical and honest eye on UFO and paranormal subjects. Ecker hosted the critically acclaimed radio programs UFOs Tonite! and Strange Daze for six years, interviewing the important personalities in the UFO and paranormal fields and related areas. Later, along with his close friend, television and film star Dwight Schultz of The A-Team and Star Trek fame, he hosted Dark Matters on the Reality Radio Network. Keith Chester - Mankind had reached a threshold in the forth decade of the twentieth century. There were unprecedented scientific and technological achievements, but despite such progress, humanity was entering one of its darkest chapters. Ray Stanford might be best known for his 1976 book, Socorro Saucer in a Pentagon Pantry, which describes his investigation into the 1964 Socorro UFO landing witnessed by police officer Lonnie Zamora. He was a pioneer in using optical and electronic instruments to successfully obtain propulsion-diagnostic evidence of what he terms Anomalous Aerial Objects (AAO) instead of the more common UFO. In the 1970s and the 1980s he was able to document, in the field, multi-witness UFO sightings and obtained high resolution images.

He is the only person in UFO studies and research who has discovered and documented a new species of dinosaur Propanoploaurus marylandicus, which is on display at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. He found the new dinosaur inside the Washington, D.C. Beltway. It is the only armored dinosaur hatching ever reported and it is the only dinosaur hatching of any kind to be found in the entire eastern United States.

Carmon Marano - Inside Project Blue Book - Served as a member of the Project Blue Book staff based at Wright-Patterson Air Force in the late 1960s, at the very end of Blue Book. Recovered several boxes of case files and other material from Blue Book as it closed and eventually provided that material to Rob Mercer.

Donald R. Schmitt is the former co-director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies, where he served as Director of Special Investigations for ten years. Prior to that, he was a special investigator for the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek for the International UFO Reporter. Schmitt graduated cum laude from Concordia University with a degree in Liberal Arts. He is the author of dozens of articles about UFOs, as well as the co-author of two best-selling books, UFO Crash at Roswell and The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell. Presently, he is a contributing writer for UFO Magazine, and on the Board of Directors for the International UFO Research Museum.

Ben Moss is MUFON’s Chief Field Investigator in Virginia and a member of the rapid deployment Star Team (Strike Team Area Research)l He is a guest expert on History’s Hangar 1 TV show, and has written numerous articles for the MUFON UFO Journal and various online websites. He has appeared on Paranormal TV and The Paracast Radio show. Ben has been with MUFON since the early 90’s. As a MUFON investigator, Ben has also studied such disciplines as History, Archaeology, Physics, Astronomy, Religion and many other sciences required to investigate such an elusive subject as UFOs.

Charles I. Halt is a retired United States Air Force colonel and the former base commander of RAF Bentwaters, near Woodbridge, Suffolk. After serving in Vietnam, Japan and Korea, he was assigned to Bentwaters as deputy commander. The Rendlesham Forest incident of late December 1980 occurred shortly afterwards.

 

In the late hours of December 27, and early December 28, 1980 then Lieutenant Colonel Halt led a patrol to investigate an alleged UFO landing site near the eastern edge of Rendlesham Forest. During this investigation they witnessed several unidentified lights, most prominent of them being a bright flashing light in the direction of Orford Ness. In January 1981 Halt composed an official Air Force memorandum listing details of the events. The memo was then dispatched to the Ministry of Defence. Halt also made an audio tape recording of the incident

After retiring from the US Air Force in 1991, Halt made his first public appearance in a television documentary, where he confirmed the authenticity of the Rendlesham Forest incident. His book on the subject is entitled The Halt Perspective.

In June 2010 Halt issued a notarized affidavit in which he summarized the alleged events of the Rendlesham Forest UFO incident and concluded: "I believe the objects that I saw at close quarter were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted – both then and now – to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham Forest and RAF Bentwaters by the use of well-practiced methods of disinformation."
