The Yap

Rosie and Sumita gather together to discuss the twisted history of Willy Wonka and his factory of horrors. We talk about the Roald Dahl classic Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the three subsequent films. We explore the complex, often dark nature of Willy Wonka, questioning his morality and the implications of his actions towards the children visiting his factory and the Oompa Loompas.

We take a trip down memory lane to talk about music festivals, Woodstock '99, and how much we live, laugh, and love.

We continue our deep dive into the world of Shrek, asking the tough question, and then getting distracted by such topics as Michael Jackson, Heidi Klum, and more!

Not Your Average Jordan's Podcast

We launch our inaugural episode of The Yap with a discussion about Shrek! We talk about the physical book that starts this prolific tale, the cultural phenomenon surrounding our onion-like friend, and where we are now in the Shrekiverse. Stay tuned for Part 2!

We hope you enjoy it!
