In Taittariya Upanishad, Bhrigu approached his father Varuna and asked him to teach about Brahman. His father replied “That from which these beings are born, That by which having taken birth they live, That into which they merge—seek to know That. That is Brahman.” After reflecting on this Bhrigu realised that “food is Brahman”; because from food, all beings are born; by food, when born they live and into food they merge after death. Thus, Bhrigu’s inquiry started from food. As his mind became subtle by austerities he discovered there is lot more to learn and ultimately He realised his own nature to be Brahman.
Thus a simple sadhana of remembering Lord’s name while taking food can take us from “Annam” to “Brahman”.

How to find yourself?
Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom – Aristotle.
The greatest and most important adventure of our lives is discovering who we really are. Yet, so many of us walk around either not really knowing or listening to an awful inner critic that gives us all the wrong ideas about ourselves. We mistakenly think of self-understanding as self-indulgence, and we carry on without asking the most important question we’ll ever ask: Who am I really? As Mary Oliver put it, “what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
Listen to my podcast to discover ways to discover you!

Honouring yourself.
For so many of us, honouring oneself is hard to do. It may feel foreign. Unnatural. It’s hard to accept all our parts. It’s hard to prioritise what’s important. It’s hard to treat ourselves with compassion and even more so, with love.
Listen to my podcast to find 8 ways to honour yourself.

When people are chronically late, they are in essence saying that
The entire universe is made of energy, and your body is no exception. The 7 chakras play an important role in the balance and health of our bodies.
Long before modern technology and science, ancient cultures knew that all living things carried a life force with them. They called the centers of energy that moved inside of us the 7 chakras.
So, what are the 7 chakras? And how do you experience them?
Come join me on this basic visualisation of these spinning tops as I call them.
