The Young Jurks also speak to Warren Lynch running for MA State Rep and Stephen Mandile of Veterans Alternative Healing Inc. Both candidates, Cheung and Lynch support the Initiative to legalize marijuana in Massachusetts. 

Mass Patients & Vets oppose budget amendment that would enshrine DPH regs.

The Young Jurks, Saturdays, 6pm ET live on www.wemfradio.com/live with Hosts, Mike Crawford  & Lauren Pespisa with in-studio guests, Nichole Snow & Michael Latullipe of Mass Patient Advocacy Alliance and Veteran, Stephen Mandile explain why they now oppose State Senator Jason Lewis' budget amendment that would waive the $50 annual medical marijuana DPH fee for Veterans. 

Massachusetts Patient Advocacy Alliance and Veterans Alternative Healing believe that the Department of Public Health "lacks statutory authority" to charge medical marijuana patients for cards. The budget amendment could "enshrine such fees into law" and may cause "irreparable harm" to the Initiative law approved by Massachusetts voters in 2012.

Other topics of discussion, State Senator- Anne Gobi throwing medical marijuana patients under the bus, "gummy bears", State Senator- Pat Jehlen, Cambridge City Councilor- Leland Cheung, and the lame Boston media coverage, Governor Charlie Baker, and Boston's continuing shakedown of the Boston Freedom Rally.
