Mass Patients & Vets oppose budget amendment that would enshrine DPH regs.

Massachusetts Patient Advocacy Alliance and Veterans Alternative Healing believe that the Department of Public Health "lacks statutory authority" to charge medical marijuana patients for cards. The budget amendment could "enshrine such fees into law" and may cause "irreparable harm" to the Initiative law approved by Massachusetts voters in 2012.

Other topics of discussion, State Senator- Anne Gobi throwing medical marijuana patients under the bus, "gummy bears", State Senator- Pat Jehlen, Cambridge City Councilor- Leland Cheung, and the lame Boston media coverage, Governor Charlie Baker, and Boston's continuing shakedown of the Boston Freedom Rally.
