That you need to find your 'why', the passion behind why you want to be a Lawyer as being a Lawyer isn't like what it is in TV, as well as learning to deal with acceptance. In particulars, matters outside our control for instance when attending Court, you can prepare all you want, but at the end of the day the Judge or the Jury make the decision and you have to learn that it may not be what you expect but you have to accept it now the less.

1. A way to be able to message people out of the blue and try and network; and
2. By doing so, it would allow me to help those that were in a similar situation to me.

Having her granddad suggest that she should look at being a lawyer which sparked her interest at a young age. How she dealt with being a single mother through university and have the commitment and determination to finish her degree despite external set backs. We also touch on why it is important  to ensure that you look after your Mental Health and how the circumstances she has been in through her life, have motivated her to help her clients that much more.

In this episode with Zac, we discuss the importance of sticking to the process and being patient. We discuss Zac's journey through the Legal Profession, finding his passion for Personal Injury Law through trial and error. We also discuss the importance of finding that work life balance and ensuring you take the time out of your day to do something that isn't work.

Mental Health is a huge factor within the legal profession with a large majority of individuals within the profession suffering from anxiety, depression or other mental health symptoms. This episode discusses the idea of normalising Mental Health as a  topic between colleagues or even acquaintances and touching the hesitations that run through our head usually before we decide to discuss this topic.
