This show gives you an in-depth view of what it's like to own an insurance agency, with Ryan Pessell. Ryan grew up around his grandpa and dad's agency, Hitchings Insurance. In time he would become a commercial lines producer, and then become a managing partner with his uncle. Ryan has great insight on how he has grown professionally over the years and how surrounding himself with like-minded agency owners has helped him own Hitchings. Eli Kaczinski, a man that has always had a passion for fitness. With a love for sports growing up, he wanted to be a personal trainer. He got his masters and some coaching experience at Heidelberg University. Shortly after graduation, he married the love of his life and they are re-branding a clothing store she owns.
