In 1998, Chen Qiangming and his 2 accomplices had just finished a crime spree and retreated to their safehouse at the Yuen Loong estate; in an apartment owned by Liang Jinrong. But as Chen was dividing up the stolen goods, he spotted Liang spying on them, and got lost in his rage.
