Some people may laugh at the idea of sleep training. It's something you do without really having to think about. However, focusing on some daily habits can really help you to get better sleep and, ultimately, have more energy for the following day. Higher energy means better productivity and better mood.

This is also something that has been key to Mark in his brain injury recovery and how to manage chronic fatigue, which is a major common side effect.
