Today I had a great guest, my little sister Caroline Skae. We dove into the Mormon Momtok drama, Caroline's many ocean adventures (she dives with sharks intentionally) our international adventures and mishaps and most importantly the Kristen Smart case. Caroline lives in the town where Kristen went missing and went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. 25 years later the case was solved after years of rumors swirling and she's had a front seat to the investigation around town.

This weeks episode is a missing persons case that has rattled me for a year. I connected with Kaelyn Schneider whose Mother, Tracy Day has been missing since her first Valentine's Day as a married woman, 3 years ago. Kaelyn was getting ready for a date night with her new husband and had a phone call with her mother she had no idea would be her last.

Kaelyn lives in Juno, Alaska and she and her Mother, Tracy Day are Alaska Natives and unfortunately this is the case of a MMIW who are historically not afforded the proper care and attention by law enforcement and the public in these cases. Kaelyn and I discuss all of the leads, the lack of proper investigation by the police, and what we can do to help. The leads by the way, point to a few very obvious suspects that were not properly checked into by law enforcement.

Today I dove in solo to all of the topics I'm consumed by at the moment. Kicking off, I dive into the most chilling true crime case I've ever heard of -- the disappearance of Kim Wall.
