Prior to taking on the leadership of Working America, Karen served as a special assistant to AFL-CIO President John Sweeney. Author, curator, photographer, and urban spelunker Lorissa Rinehart is currently wandering the streets of Los Angeles. As an independent curator, Rinehart has organized exhibitions at institutions including the Queens Museum, Flux Factory, and the Armory Show.
