Welcome to Youth Service at theCrossroads. We are excited about our teens growing in the Grace of God and letting Him minister through them!

The chameleon is the master of disguise. No matter what environment it is placed in, it will change its color to fit in. One of the fundamental aspects of being a Christian, however, is that we should be easily identifiable. But for many, rather than stand out, we would prefer to just blend in with our surroundings. The problem is that we end up looking, sounding, and acting just like the world around us. In doing so, we lose all the marks of being a follower of Jesus. We have to fight the urge to fit in and embrace our new life in Christ.

There is something special about dads. They have a way of taking care of things in a “dad” kind of way. Fathers are to be the guardians of the family. They stand firm, strong, and courageous as they are motivated by love for their families. 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 - When fathers are motivated by the love given to them by their heavenly Father, they express their love for their family by standing firm in the faith as a strong and courageous man. Being a dad is not easy, but with the help of the Holy Spirit every dad can help the family “win”.
