This object lesson reminds us that our gifts or talents from God are unique and are to be used to make the body of Christ function properly. Just as we try to give unique gifts to one another, Jesus give unique talents to us and it is a good thing that we don't all have the same gift. What is your gift and are you using it to glorify Him?

Sometimes the things God says are beyond the realm of reason to us. How do you respond? Can you relate to either of two of the characters described in the Christmas story found in the book of Luke? During this wonderful season, let us pause today to reflect on our "MOOD" this Christmas. Thank you so much for joining us online and in-person as we seek to trust God more and take Him at His Word! This lesson wraps up our Wilderness Survival Guide series with just a few more creatures that we should be aware of, so that we can keep them out of our lives. These creatures will cause us to get off the right path while we are on our spiritual journey to see Jesus. Since we know to watch out for them and know how to defeat them, we will be able to have our hearts ready for Jesus' return. Don't forget to keep "journaling your victories"!

This object lesson teaches us that all the good things we have in life come from God. All that we have is not really ours, it all belongs to God. He gives us things, but since He paid the price for us, it all belongs to Him. The "Candy Tax" and "French Fry Tax" will help us to always remember this lesson.

What is your current #ChristmasMood in 2020? As we look into the story of the season in the Word of God, we can identify with some of the MOODs we see on full display. This lesson finishes up the Top 7 Deadliest Creatures from the list in Proverbs 6:16-19 of 7 things that God hates. Join us and learn about things that God wants us watch out for on our spiritual journey.

In our society, we have trouble recognizing a sovereign God who is in control of everything. If we are truly Christians we need to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord not just with our mouths, but with our actions and daily behavior! Our perspective needs to change in order for us to fully realize the potential that we have in the Kingdom of God - He is the source of every good and perfect gift, and we owe everything to Him alone. Thank you for joining us for our midweek Bible Study series about Lordship. We are so excited that you are with us both in-person and online - take a moment and share this with your friends! This object lesson shows us how boxes have limits, but God does not! If you don't believe God can do something, you are putting limits on Him; you are putting Him in a box! So don't put God in a box! Allow Him to do more than you can even imagine in your life!

Many people today are feeling worn out because of the way this year has gone. There is a reason for it and it is very Biblical. So how do we recognize this and how do we deal with it. Pastor Raymond Woodward of Capital Community Church preaches an incredible message about this subject. We pray that it will be a blessing to you.
