The Scorch Sisters and Alyssa Marie Coon headline TheDavidBowersAwards this week!  While relatively new as a group, these ladies have exploded onto the L.A. music scene with their own brand of blues/rock that can only be described as hot & powerful!  While together only since 2011, they each have solid credentials as artists and, performers as well has the experience of having performed with some of the biggest names in the business;

Alyssa Marie Coon represents the other end of the scale as a young talent making a name for herself in pop/country, while having been noticed by and performed with some pretty credible talent herself.  With original tunes already being played in over 156 countries around the world, you're going to be hearing a lot more from her!

This week's TheDavidBowersAwards features LA rockers Olio and the rock band Lazie J from Bangalore, India.

Olio define themselves as a rock/funk/pop trio influenced by the legends of the past and trying to make a significant impact on the music community.  They put the 'live' into the phrase 'live band.'

She shares tracks from her new album "Reason to Try."  Jay Katana is a rock-and-roll visionary guitarist with a style all his own.  He is currently experimenting with a hybrid sound of 'dance/metal' and  In 2016 Katana produced the critically-lauded Bleeding Boyfriend Vol. 1.  He shares new tracks from Bleeding Boyfriend MixTape.
