This was a very big lesson for me to learn. To love myself unconditional without expectation or demands. Many times we compare our lives , place expectations on others, and criticize for people being who they are. This has been a pattern that has been passed down for many generations. Love has no expectation because we understand the way we feel when they are placed on us. The pressure to be , think , and act a certain way. It hinders the beauty of our vulnerability, true expression , light, and unconditional love for ourselves. There is so much beauty in who we truly are, to confine ourselves to expectations❤️

Spirituality is everything that’s brings a higher level of awareness. Also , to understand your divine connection to source and the light (knowledge ) and unconditional love source has for all.To understanding the energy that flows through you and surrounds you. It is the connection to all things. It begins when you ask the question , who am I and what is my purpose. We all have a purpose. Through healing not only do you open your energy up to expansion but you witness a reality that you may have never witness. As you heal you become sensitive and that energetic switch allows your energy to experience a new way of life as your perception changes. You understand that you are connected to an infinite source of energy, which allows you to understand yourself and others in a whole new way. Also, enhances or brings about gifts and abilities you may have never known you had. It’s to experience the unconditional love sources has for you , as you❤️.

Boundaries in love and relationships are so essential. Boundaries help you maintain the unconditional love you have for yourself. There has been many times in my life where I had lost myself placing love outside of myself and giving away so much energy. Boundaries help you love unconditional without loosing yourself . It’s maintaining a level of self love where others are not draining your energy. The Ego is a form that dwells on past trauma hurt and fear of the future, it never allows you to stay present in the moment. Giving yourself space to understand what is triggering you is essential to healing that trigger and where the wound stems from. Speak your vulnerability and take time for yourself. The foundation of unconditional love is a divine love for your energy first and then the energy of others. ❤️ can’t love from an empty cup with no energy. ❤️

What I learned about love ❤️ through my spiritual journey I’ve learned that love is an energy that matches our vibrational frequency. So we attracted what we are. So if there are any unhealed aspects of your life , then you will attract someone who is going through the same thing because you both need to heal from it. The more you nourish your soul and heal yourself the more you start to understand what unconditional love is because it’s everything that you reflect. Love has no ties to insecurity, demands, expectations, lust, trauma, etc. Love is free flowing unconditionally, to know every person that enters life is there to show you the parts of you that have been neglected. Until you love yourself unconditionally , then you will attract someone who sees the same within you and themselves. You attract growth, expansion, And a partner that ignites the passion for life. Only because you have already establish the unconditional love for yourself. Also, see and feel the unconditional love source has for you, see’s in you, as you. ❤️

Understanding how truly powerful you are in times of chaos , helps you create a home within yourself that no one can tamper with. The healing journey is not one for the weak but those who seek more from their life, will understand unconditional love and To understand the purpose of existence. Being a loner, being mocked for my expression, faced rejection by all types of relationships (family,friends, intimate). I would do it all over again. The reward in the end is a success that not many have achieved, but the opportunity is always there.I will teach back all the knowledge I have learned as a healer, to help others feel the same unconditional love , source see’s in you, for you , as you.❤️☀️
