Itβs the ability or willingness to acknowledge (and potentially express) oneβs emotions. Particularly those emotions that are difficult or painful. Emotions such as shame, sadness, anxiety, insecurity, etc. Some of us tend to go the easier route, which is being unavailable.
Edmond and I get into a deep dive on this topic sharing our experiences on the same. I hope you enjoy this.Β
Happy holidays Turtles.

Hey my Turtle Community,
Stick around long enough to find out why that's your new name.
By the time you listen to this, I'll have turned 20. I share lessons that I have learnt from my previous year and I hope that this life gives me the grace and to keep sharing these Gen Z experiences. This is a big deal for me and I hope it equally inspires you to always be better, do better, seek your truth and most importantly to LIVE IT.
I hope you don't get mad at me for the title its actually not 20 essentials but it had to rhyme. As always, if you enjoy listening, share this episode with your friends and tell me what you think. You can also tag me on all socials to show you're part of the Turtle community.
Peace Blessings and Clarity to all of you. :):)
In this episode, Risper Mutinda, a GIS developer and JavaScript programmer explains what it took to get where she is.
She puts emphasis on discipline and when it all started for her. I ask her the important questions around this topic with the hope that it gives y'all the motivation to stop procrastination. I should also take this advice. I hope you enjoy learning as I did.
Don't forget to give me feedback and share if you like this episode.Β
Peace and Clarity to you all.
