WHAT DO I WANT TO DO WITH MY LIIIIIIIIIIFE 😰
My ladies, sometimes the thing that keeps us from achieving our goals is : OUR WORD.
How do the people around me impact my success ? 👀
I've entered the second half of the first 5 years of being a business owner. They say "GIVE IT 5 YEARS and you'll know". 🙏🏽
Well let me tell you as I am on year 3 going on 4, I am happy to say: Houston , we've come this far and we've done some pretty awesome things - considering all the creepy crawling scaries that come up once in a while.
In this episode ladies, I talk to you about a few lessons I've got along the way in my first years as a business owner. This episode is for YOU my ladies who are curious about being an entrepreneur, who dream about having your business, who ARE in business and ALSO for my corporate girlies who love the corporate life.
No matter you're current status, one thing's for sure, we can learn so much from each other. ❤️
Now, another sure thing is that I do NOT have the blueprint that is gonna give you the 5 magical steps to be a successful owner.
BUT I have catch a lot of gems along the way that I do hope can help inspire you in your journey.
Ladies, I want to hear from you!Tell me what resonates with you from this episode.
Ladies, welcome to episode 05. 🙏🏽
I got something juicy in-stores for you this episode and it’s all about DECONSTRUCTING and RECONSTRUCTING ourselves.
Now what does that even mean?
Ladies, I hear it so often :
I wish I could be a woman who ______
I’ve always been this way
I could never do that, because _______
I want change, but I am afraid of _______
I want something different for my life but, _______
I’m way too _____, I don’t think I could ________,
I’ve always been known to _______,
If I were to change, they wouldn’t recognize me.
The list goes on.
The narrative that we tell ourselves is powerful.
Being stuck in a mindset, a body, a way that NO longer serves us is completely draining.
It’s hard, it’s not fun at all, it limits us, it holds us back. It really does ladies.
At any given point and time in our lives, we are ALLOWED and in our absolute right, to take a good hard look at ourselves, within us, around us and say : THIS ISN’T FOR ME NO MORE.
I want something better, I am more than this, I want to feel like myself and how I am showing up today, or the situation and experiences I am choosing today does not serve the woman I want to be. 🦋
And for that, I want to change, I want to evolve, I want to break free and BECOME a fresh version of myself that actually feels like the woman I am TODAY and the woman I want to become.
Ladies, it’s about deconstructing who we are. Analyzing what no longer serves us, AND reconstructing ourselves in order to be more aligned with the essence of who we want to be TODAY and Tomorrow. ❤️
LONG gone, are the friendships, relationships, habits, behaviours that are just there because “it’s always been”.
Nah, it’s about choosing what we want to do,
Where we want to go,
Who we want to BE and be WITH.
Deconstructing and letting go of what no longer fuels us, energizes us and reconstructing aspects of our lives that allow us to be mindful and purposeful towards ourselves. ✨
It’s about right now, it’s about tomorrow.
It’s about preparing ourselves to become who we really want to be as women and what we want to make out of this beautiful life we are given.
Tell me? 👀
What is something you are deconstructing for yourself ?
Me:
-Deconstructing: Speaking out of anger without filter and awareness of the impact of my words
-Reconstructing: Breathing deeply and learning to step back to come back with a clear mind
(Let the work begin my friends)

Ladies, if you know, YOU KNOW and I know you KNOW what I am talking about when I call out the BIG "I" word.
[IMPOSTER SYNDROME]
Yes that's right, IMPOSTER - SYNDROME.
As women who are dreaming big for ourselves, thriving in our careers, wanting and desiring to accomplish more things and committed to our growth, it can feel really, really, REALLY feel stretchy at times. 🥹
Imposter syndrome is that little culprit that just comes to you, when you least expect it, just like an unwanted pimple the day of an important event, yet the pimple is more gentle than imposter syndrome. 😇
Imposter syndrome in some fancy definition is not just a "icky feeling" you get but as true definition:Imposter syndrome is "the persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's efforts or skills". -Oxford Dictionnary.
Now ladies that's a pretty BIG feeling to have. And lucky for us, the more we get to understand what's going on when we feel like an imposter the better we get at controlling that internal dialogue that makes us feel this way. 🙏🏽
We can control the outcome, we can!In this episode, I explore the topic of imposter syndrome and I go over a few practices that can help us deal with this feeling and especially help us overcome this narrative so it can better serve us.
Tune in and tell me what comes up for you when you think of imposter syndrome.OH! And if you think this could be helpful for a woman in your life, please share. ❤️
AND! If you like these episodes, please subscribe, like and let's become one big tribe of women who make the BIG out of the BIG things in life.

As women, we experience change in different ways and at different times of our lives. ❤️
Sometimes it's BIG, transformational change and sometimes it's little change. We all experience change, it's inevitable and so beautiful at the same time too.
Change is going to be different for everybody and some changes we can control, while other changes and transitions in our lives we can't control.
Whether it's a career shift, a relationship evolution, or a personal transformation, the key lies in finding balance amidst the waves of change.
In this episode, we will explore change by understanding what is going on inside of us when we experience change. What happens in our mind, and what is the effect on our brain?
How can we manage change, how can we get better at navigating life's changes?
Let's deep-dive with a few keys and practices we can start using today while going through change. 🦋

In today's world, one thing is for sure... Things move FAST.
