NOBODY APPRECIATES WHAT I DO FOR THEM! | There is a dark side to generosity. It feels good to be useful, to be needed, but if we hog that feeling to ourselves, the people we help can grow resentful of our kindness. Nobody likes Being permanently indebted to someone. It makes them feel useless. Relationships are suppose to be reciprocal, and it takes just as much courage to accept help from others, as it does to help. Only when it’s reciprocal do we build trust, and perhaps even love with the people closest to us.
