A wonderful audience welcomed this line up at The Otter Story Hour last Monday...Rex McDaniel, Sean David Christensen, Jenny Somerville, Vicki Kirschenbaum, Erika Adickman and Roz Browne and were rewarded with a great evening.
The lineup at The Otter Story Hour on May 6, 2019. Katie Dahlson, Jorge Marroquin, Kevin McGeehan, Oscar Sagatume, Rex McDaniel, Dylan Brody and Liz Glazer. The stories, each involving a mugging, were stunning. One remarkable thing - in 5 of 6 stories the "mugger" exhibited behavior or said something that showed their vulnerable humanity. There is no excusing what they did, but we have no excuse for failing to see them as persons. It was really an experience of why we tell stories...it deepens and widens our humanity.
A wonderful bank of stories...a sub theme developed...being falsely accused by authorities - law enforcement, parental and religious.Rex McDaniel, Pam Noles, Jen Curcio, Liz Glazer, Gabi Conti, Rich Tackenberg and Dave Fischer....the line up at at The Otter Story Hour on April 1st, 2019.
Lineup at The Otter Story Hour on Monday March 4th 2019 - Cara Lopez Lee, Cat Crow, Sean David Christensen, Ruby Cooper, Rex McDaniel, Jade Wiland, Scott Schultz and Kevin McGeehan.....they just killed it....audience had a blast!!!
