The Poeticast are delighted to be back in South America this week as Paraguayan electronic artist Bruno Wølf gives us the privilege of an hour of his time with a Techno mix of heavy proportions.

Bruno Wølf is a young Paraguayan artist, co-founder and part of the U-Topic crew. He managed to settle within the local electronic scene of his country after serving as one of the residents of the already closed Sirius Club. He also maintained a residence in El Poniente, where he developed his Roadhouse Sessions party and his current project, De_Konstrukt.

His style would be defined as eclectic, exploring different genres, but staying mainly in Techno, with Breaks, Electro, Industrial or EBM influences.

His debut EP, Osmosis, will be released on August 13 on Sandbox Records.

He shared booth with artists such as Kobosil, Rebekah, Jonas Kopp, Tomas Kunkel, Guti (Arg), Udolph, among others.

Hello and welcome back to The Poeticast, after a short summer break we return with a bang as we are joined by an up and coming Dutch act that operate under the name Truxx!

The love for hard kicks, fast hitting hats and deep dark baselines brought two friends together to create TRUXX. The two guys from Amsterdam found out about their passion for techno a long time ago in the night life of Amsterdam. Festivals, clubs and warehouse raves were on the agenda each weekend. From the legendary Awakenings parties to the small club nights in venues like Shelter, these are all places that inspired the boys. Late 2018 all these techno nights and days brought TRUXX to mix and produce their own music. They have started off posting various harder styles of techno, derived from the legendary Reaktor parties in Amsterdam. Cutting-edge techno can be found in the horse mixtapes TRUXX posted early 2019 on their Soundcloud. After this phase the guys decided to concentrate more on other types of techno. This can be found in their podcast “The Sound of TRUXX”. Music from the likes of Spektre, Joyhauser and T78 passes by in their mixes.

In the summer of 2019 TRUXX is busy working on their first original tracks. The tempo will be high and your feet won’t stop moving, cause this is the sound of TRUXX.

A student of the industry, Pink Concrete is no stranger to neither the big or smaller clubs of his city. One of the biggest advantages that he he has is his international gigs in the likes of Porto, Istanbul, Prague and the Canary Islands even before he started producing in the studio.

“It’s all about the facial expressions and reactions of the people around me when they can are connecting with the same emotions as I feel through the music. That's what makes me bond with them.“

It's another week and another steely mix of Electronica here on The Poeticast, this week we the show comes from Italy as MILLI is at the mixing desk with a seriously heavy blend of Techno.

M I L L I grew up surrounded by music since her childhood, especially thanks to her mother's passion for 80s and 90s rock.

Her adolescence was then marked by late 90s hip-hop, rap and electronic influences, but the darkest, sour and penetrating sounds of Techno were the true responsible elements that made her devote herself to life as a DJ, making this music the soundtrack of her own life.
