In this 21st century, technology has revolved, or pardon, is still revolving, hence, certain developments have been made and put down to ace and catapult certain businesses and infact, personal profiles into the limelight for great jobs and networks! As a business owner, why do you need certain social media handles for your business?
When your business is open to the tech world, it will reach out to more people than you imagine! It will reach out to those in need and those even not in need of it, hence, those not in need of it, can push to those in need of it. This process is called AWARENESS.
Take for instance, you have a Twitter account, then you post tweet about your business online. While scrolling, an individual can come across that tweet, like that tweet and retweet, even if the person might not be interested, but trust me, on Twitter, most retweets are endorsements because someone else can come across that retweet of your tweet sometime and reach out to you. Also, after creating that awareness, you'd need to make engagements with your tweet. While creating engagements, do you should be able to understand businyto business relationships and business to customer relationships. There are certain profiles that will be affiliated to a particular business, and there might be individuals (your potential customers), that would like to engage in your business, don't miss these opportunities. You should be able to have great captivating captions or articles attached to your posts, as a result, people can comment on it, don't let that comment slip away, reply to that comment, create engagements!
It's not always easy, especially for small accounts, but consistency goes a long way for your business. Do not joke with your customer to business relationships, they're very core to the growth of your business.
