Therapy isn’t just about what happens in the session—it’s about what happens after. It’s about how we take what we uncovered, sit with it, integrate it, and let it move through us.
Yesterday, I did just that. I stopped. I let go. And I let something unexpected happen. My inner child took over, and she wrote a poem. A love letter. A goodbye. To my sweet boy, Zulu.
This episode is about receiving yourself—through grief, through creation, through the messy, beautiful emotions that come when we finally stop doing and just let ourselves feel. It’s about the power of integration after therapy, and how sometimes, the real healing begins when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start witnessing what’s already here.
