Today we discussed how to identify your thoughts, specifically bad ones and how to modify them. We spoke about the struggles of the pandemic and how we can cope better and how to deal with the adjustment period that is to come once things open up. We discussed health anxiety, the anxiety of going back to work and social anxiety.

In today's episode, I discuss the controversial things surrounding bachelor nation, with a sole focus on Taylor Nolan and her horrible "apology" video. Lots of people were triggered by what she did, and not only that her beliefs seem to be the opposite of a Psychotherapist, meanwhile she is a Psychotherapist.
