This episode is a little different, I am talking about something that happened in January 2019 that I've never really discussed with anyone. This was really hard to get off my chest, but it is healthy that I am doing so. Thank you for your ongoing support. 

I discussed all 4 of the attachment styles adults can have, what those attachment styles look like, how they came about having those attachment styles, how your attachment style can impact future generations and your relationships. 

Quick update following my first Youtube video on narcissism where I told my story on how I once dated a narcissist and the toll that had on me. Now, 2 months after I left the relationship I am speaking about how I am doing, the things I did to get over that type of abuse and the side effects I still have due to that relationship.
