Time Bandits returns for a whole new year of movies and albums – that’s right, from now on we’ll be travelling back to 1989 and celebrating the 25th anniversary of a movie and album.

This week, on Episode 26 we are talking about the hotly contested big-budget sequel Ghostbusters II, and then we’ll try to figure out exactly what a Buffalo Stance is by listening to Neneh Cherry’s album Raw Like Sushi.

Then we try to figure out why Morrissey is so sad as we delve into his solo effort Viva Hate. Will we viva love it or viva hate it?

It’s that time of the year: Halloween! So obviously, we couldn’t resist watching 1988’s entry in the seminal horror series of the same name, Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers! Yes, a busty Michael Myers who can’t decide on what colour to dye his hair is on the loose again! And then we popped Helloween‘s album Keeper Of The Seven Keys: Part II and got headbangin’.

 This week, we’re taking a look at one of the manliest flicks ever created – Mercenary Fighters starring Peter Fonda and Reb Brown‘s guttural scream! Plus, we listened to the utter misfire that is Neil Young – here backed by the Bluenotes – playing horn tinged soul on This Note’s For You.

You might know this as one of the most infamous action films of all time, as it has made the rounds online in many bad movie circles. Yes, it’s that hilarious, and we really let loose on this film. It’s a must-see.

Plus, we talked about My Bloody Valentine‘s album Isn’t Anything, which is awesome too for all the right reasons. If you haven’t heard it, you better check it out!
