Richmond reliever Evan Gates is my guest this week — and like most of the players in this system, he’s a terrific interview: thoughtful, funny, and engaging. Evan talks about learning the game in a cold weather area, his long journey to becoming a professional and some of the reasons behind the tremendous success he’s enjoyed in his career.
