On this week’s edition of the podcast, it’s more interviews from The Diamond in Richmond (which means a little more noise in the dugout, BP music on the loud speakers, Will Clark hooting and hollering, etc), but the end result is well worth it. First up, Richmond Pitching Coach Paul Oseguera talks about the performance of his staff, as well as the development elements that the Giants are looking for from their pitching prospects. We also talk a little about how technology has changed the way coaches can help their players.

Next up, Richmond 3b and outfielder Carter Aldrete talks about trying to improve his game everyday, the search for consistency, and why he no longer likes to think of himself as having a defensive position. Aldrete is off to an excellent start and could be the next guy moving up in what has been a real tidal wave of player movement this year.
