Giants breakout RHP prospect Ryan Murphy is my guest on this week’s edition of There R Giants podcast. At least on the minor league side pitchers and catchers have reported to Scottsdale for spring training, and Ryan and I talk about his off-season regimen, what he’s been working on improving this winter, and how he likes to use data in his training. Ryan should be headed to Double A sometime in the upcoming season and hopes to keep himself on the fast track to a big league future.
