Ab's here for her second to last episode of the season!  She talks about what's going on lately which is basically sitting in every fucking seat on the struggle bus.  What she's learning from Sober May is definitely eye opening.  She talks about childhood emotions, regulating adult emotions, recognizing childhood emotions are not capable of comprehending adult emotions, and basic life updates.  You got this!!

Hello friends!  Welcome to Episode 22 where I had to keep it short because life is fucking crazy.  I still made it through and got an episode out day of!!  I chat about life updates, the origin of Mother's Day, and how what goes around comes around (one of my favourite Justin Timberlake songs thankyouverymuch).  Thanks for joining me for another week and I'm excited to wrap up this season with a bang in the next couple of weeks!!  I can't believe I kept it relatively trauma free this week - isn't that the whole point of my podcast?

Welcome to Episode 14 where I'm not sure if it's 14 or not.  Come along with me as I discover what it's like to podcast for apparently the first time ever.  I set up a website in real time, talk about my day that involves getting pulled over by a police officer, the sudden loss of 4 important people in my life and how it's affected me, as well as how to avoid being scammed.  Then child #2 joins me to talk about his previous experiences with feeling "dark" and the Kids' Help Phone, as well as being bullied in high school.  Some things never change.
