Skylar is a young woman from America with a strong Scottish heritage and a keen interest in History. I met her through my Instagram page @the.saltire. She has many interesting things to say about Scottish independence so I thought it would be worthwhile have a conversation with her for the Podcast just to understand her point of view in motor detail.

A grown up speach with no childish caveats unlike the flag waving Boris and his I don’t want to see Nicola Sturgeon anywhere near COP26.

I am a bit of a Michael Russel Fan. I have always enjoyed his speeches at Holyrood. His speech from the SNP conference opening day may be met with cynicism by some. But for the grown ups in the room that do want to work together, they will get it.

It is time to bury the hatchet, and move forward, as one independence movement. Whether we do it now or later, understand that it will have to be done as we all want the same outcome. Lets just do it now and have more time to campaign and sing from the same song sheet.

It will be worth it in the end.

Welcome to my fourth episode in my experiment in Podcasting. This episode discusses how not to behave and how an independent Scotland would never behave in the context of Afghanistan, a senior minister out partying as people were dying, and how the Conservative party are label the Scottish Greens as extremists! The SNP and The Scottish Greens have created a workable agreement to work together to take Scotland forward as A Fairer,Greener, Independent Scotland. I could not let this day go by without comment.
