In today's episode, I reflect on the last 10 months, sharing with you things that happened, both good and bad, that I did not expect would happen after leaving The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I also open up about my mental health over the last several months. I hope you enjoy this episode and are ready for more episodes to come!

Current members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will often dismiss former Mormons' opinions of the Church by saying, "You left the Church, but you can't seem to leave the Church alone."

I hope this episode sheds of light as to why that is, at least sometimes, the case.
