In this episode we break down the last few Mavs games that have led them to an 8-2 start to the season, their best since 2004-2005. We discuss the scoring breakout of Kyrie Irving and how he has unlocked a new dimension of Luka Doncic's game. We also talk about how the Mavs have become the most dominant team in the NBA outside of the 1st quarter thanks to their explosive offense. We also highlight the Mavs' 2nd and 3rd quarter defensive ratings, which are much more respectable than their overall mark as a team at this point. Finally, we mention how it may not matter if the Mavs don't have a clear-cut third-best player of Luka and Kyrie are dominating like this.
