The Town opened up their Sky Bet League One season in crazy fashion with a come-from-behind 4-3 win over Reading at the Select Car Leasing Stadium on Saturday afternoon.  

Kev is joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe to look back on a memorable afternoon of football in Berkshire.  

The boys begin by reflecting on the wonderful news on Friday that Emilio Lawrence returned for the whole of the season before they get stuck into the game.

The Town concluded their League 1 campaign with a 3-2 win over Bolton Wanderers on Saturday but unfortunately results elsewhere condemned the Hatters to another season of third tier football next term.

The Town took the season down to the final day with a 2-1 win over an impressive Barnsley side at a nervy Kenilworth Road on Saturday afternoon.

A Kasey Palmer brace guided the Town to a comfortable 2-0 win away to Rotherham United on Tuesday evening to keep the play-off charge alive.
