But is it really a compliment—or a coded insult? In this episode, we unpack the loaded language behind the word “brave” and why it often masks discomfort with women—especially plus-size women—who break the rules and show up fully. It's time to challenge the backhanded praise and reclaim our right to take up space, unapologetically.

Why do we need to talk about race when we talk about body image?
