For many of you, this holiday season is not going to look anything like what it usually does. Yet, this holiday season is an opportunity for you to lose weight. To have the courage to take new actions.
In my Inner Circle, we have been talking about going from passive action to productive action. Going from thinking about the holidays, thinking about weight loss, thinking about moving your body, to actually being in action to lose weight.
In today's episode, I share my challenge for you -
1. I challenge you to find the courage to do just one little thing differently that will move your health forward, starting with the one little thing that would bring you the most joy this holiday season. 2. I challenge you to have a conversation with loved ones about how you’d like to show up this holiday season and ask them for any support. 3. I challenge you to be consistent about taking on this challenge.
