Ahleiah & Amanda are saying "hmm" to women and men's health this week. While we think we know everything there is to know...the reality is we don't. Amanda will dive into women's health and what made her say "hmm." Ahleiah will talk about all of the things that made her say "hmm" about men's health. Our hope is to make listeners aware of different risks for some very common health issues that we may not have known about.
