The three most profound gifts that any of us will ever be given is what we discuss in this new episode of the Think Bigger Podcast. Additionally, we go over T as she continues to battle breast cancer (her story is shared in the previous episode, Ep. 62). But yes... Life, Time, and Health - the pursuit of which can lead to a lifetime of health. Each individually and how they are intrinsically connected to one another. This episode is special because our guest, T, spent time with me in person to talk and share her story with all of us the night before she went in to have surgery to remove both of her breasts. Yes, you read that correctly. She just finished 6 rounds of Chemotherapy and the doctors said the next step was to surgically remove lymph nodes and her breasts to remove any remaining cancer cells and to help prevent any from returning. So even with all that going on, she was kind and hospitable and gave us her time and thoughts and emotions. 

T’s energy and smile are amazing, and her sharing her story with us in real-time was an incredible blessing. I know you’ll find value and meaning in this episode, thank you for being here and listening!

IF YOU'RE NOT GIVING, YOU'RE TAKING - What does that mean? The reality is that there is no neutral ground, there is no time where we can get complacent and lazy and not be thinking about how we are contributing to our relationships and giving to our loved ones, our friends, our community, and our culture. It means that our very existence inside of that relationship takes from the other person and people, so we must always be thinking of the other and giving to them.  When we do that, we will thrive. But when we as people get selfish or lazy, or even just disconnect from the reality of it and don't actively and consciously give, it must be acknowledged that we are still TAKING from others and what is around you - and when we take accountability and own that reality, we can begin to heal and flourish.

The time is now! The time to... make a change, make progress on what you've been procrastinating on, eat better, exercise more, get healthier... anything and everything, THE TIME IS NOW. From people in the community whose lives have changed drastically due to a medical emergency, to  the clock of life simply ticking away on all of us, to just listening to positive words to inspire and re-inspire you do a small thing or a big thing you've been wanting to do.
