*DISCLAIMER* Whether it be dogs barking or us eating while conversing, the audio on this podcast is not that great. I knew that this conversation and the journey that Nicholas has had was important and beneficial for others to learn about, so even with circumstances that weren't ideal, we sat down and made it happen.
On this episode we sit down and talk to Nicholas Higgins of HIGGINSBUILT about his journey as a young man and how hardship and the loss of loved ones helped make him a better man. We also discuss his newly-finished car build that is winning awards and making waves in the automotive community, who inspired him, as well as the attitude and perspective of fellow enthusiasts.
Community Conversations is a series within the Think Bigger Podcast where we sit and talk with individuals who are a part of our community and culture, and learn not just about them but from them. We all can teach other something, and Community Conversations brings people together to do just that.

Everyone hates Mondays. It's time to start the week and go back to work. Then you have Hump Day, then it's Friday, then freedom! Right? WRONG.
In this episode we discuss why people really hate Mondays, and how measuring your life by your work week is the most disastrous thing to do. WE WERE NOT MEANT TO JUST PAY BILLS AND DIE - everyone knows that saying, but what does that mean? If you think your life is measure by your work week, life will pass you by and you'll pay bills and then... well, die. Does the sound of that make you sick? GOOD. Let's talk about it...

Did you make New Year's Resolutions for 2019? Here we are, just about at the 8th month of the year, and... how are those resolutions going for you? Have you made progress, or did you allow them to somehow be forgotten?!
Or, are you killing it and are actually ahead of schedule?
Whichever one it is, this is what we talk about in this episode.

People think money and success go hand-in-hand. Nice clothes, nice car, nice house... that's what we see and think that that person is successful. But can a person who has no objects be successful? Can someone who is poor be successful?
It is my belief that sometime, somewhere, people started making the huge mistake of thinking that objects ARE success. People may not want to admit it, but they aim to be able to afford objects and those symbols of success end up being what and how they define success.
