We know we have a lot of Thoughts each day---some experts say over 60,000 of them! With that many thoughts each day, it is important that we learn to harness the power of those thoughts.
But how do we do that? When I was a young adult, there was a lot of talk about the power of positive thinking. I never bought into it as it felt incomplete to me. It felt like something that didn't happen---that I could think something and then a result would happen.
Enter the Think-Feel-Act cycle. I was hooked! I'm a doer---and I love to Think!
And then...how can we utilize this cycle to get the Results we want with our weight loss?
