I have a question about bread. I love it and goes great with soup. I have a belief though that bread is bad (if you are trying to slim down), is this a false belief please? I notice people talk about lo card etc are they better? Any types better than others with a weight loss goal?
They say the Mediterranean and Japanese folk live longer because of their healthier diets is this a myth? and if not what is it about their diet? I know fruit and veg come into it but is it because they have less GM, pesticide loaded rubbish then us Brits or is it something else?
