- This happens with signs of the same modality and opposite gender. ex: Aries is Cardinal Fire and squares Cancer, Cardinal Water & Capricorn Cardinal Earth.
- Themes include - friction, conflict, squaring up, growth thru difficult things, action, pivot, movement, power dynamics
oppositions (180 degree angle) are of the nature of saturn -
- This happens with signs of the same modality and same gender ex: Aries is Cardinal Fire and opposes Libra Cardinal Air, Scorpio is Fixed Water and opposes Taurus Fixed Earth
- Themes include - push & pull, opposite directions, negation, tension, balancing needs/desires, tug of war
- a Full Moon is when the Sun & Moon are opposite!
