  • what you have to become to get what you want

This one came from a realization I had at the gym, of all places.

I used to tell myself tomorrow’s the day I lock in. Tomorrow I’ll eat well, work out, feel better. And I kept waiting for the version of me who had it all figured out to just... show up.

What I didn’t want to accept? That the life I was picturing came with a version of me I hadn’t become yet.

In this episode I’m thinking out loud about what it actually means to accept the long-term game.. in your fitness, your business, your relationships, your community. Not in a hustle-harder way. More like a honest-conversation-with-yourself way.

Because nobody just wakes up with the business, the body, the community, the life. They just decided (earlier than you) that they were willing to become the person it takes to hold it.

    Today we’re talking about:

    * Why “I’ll start tomorrow” keeps you stuck in the same place

    * What it actually means to accept the long-term version of your goal

    * How this applies to your business, your marketing, your fitness, and your relationships

    * The moment I finally stopped waiting and started showing up, even when it was uncomfortable

If you’ve ever looked at someone who has what you want and thought what do they have that I don’t, this episode is your answer. (Spoiler: nothing. They just decided.)

Drop a comment or send me a message if this one lands. I genuinely love knowing who’s on the other side of this.

And if you’re a woman entrepreneur craving a community that actually gets it, Full Potential Club’s Fall 2026 cohort waitlist is live. Be the first to know when the next cohort launches this September at fullpotentialclub.com.

  • permission to change your mind

Okay, I’m just going to say it, negotiating with yourself is exhausting. And I’ve been doing it for a tiny while now, actually without even knowing it.

In this episode I’m thinking out loud about something I finally gave myself permission to do this week: change my mind. (even writing that feels hard, because it feels like I’m committing to something unknown!!) But this permission to change my mind is about my businesses, my vision, the path I swore I was staying on no matter what.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re in a constant battle between who you said you’d be and who you’re actually becoming, or being pulled in the direction of, this one’s for you.

    Today we’re talking about:

    * Running two businesses and finally making peace with it

    * Why we hold ourselves to visions that no longer fit

    * The permission slip I needed (and maybe you do too)

    * What it actually means to trust the process when you’re a generator, a planner, and a little bit of a control freak all at once

As always, here’s the raw, real version. Unedited, uncut, and very much me just being human. Thanks for being here for it and let me know what you think. I’d love to hear if this was helpful, eye opening or even just resonates.

As always, raw, real, unedited. Very much me just being human. I’d love to know if this resonates, hits close to home, or even just gives you a little exhale. Drop a comment or send me a message. Genuinely.

  • you’re not failing, you’re just constantly evolving

If you’ve ever felt frustrated because you’re changing your offer, refining your business, or pivoting your strategy, this episode is for you.

Today, I’m sharing an honest behind-the-scenes look at what entrepreneurship actually feels like once the excitement wears off. We often think that once we build the “right” offer or find the “perfect” business model, everything will finally click. But the reality is that building a successful business requires constant learning, refining, and evolving.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • Why pivoting your business doesn’t mean you’re failing.

    • The type of resilience no one talks about as a woman entrepreneur.

    • How perfectionism and high achievement can make growth feel like failure.

    • Why constantly improving your offer is actually a sign that you deeply care about your clients.

    • How to stop viewing every pivot as “starting over” and start seeing it as building something stronger.

If you’re a service provider, coach, creative, or purpose-driven entrepreneur who wants to create meaningful impact while building a sustainable business, this conversation will remind you that growth isn’t linear, and that’s exactly how successful businesses are built.

If this episode resonated with you, I’d love to hear from you. Leave a review, share this episode with another woman entrepreneur, or send me a message on Instagram and let me know what stood out.

Looking for a community of ambitious women entrepreneurs who genuinely understand what you’re building? Join Full Potential Club, where you’ll find connection, accountability, networking, business support, and women who are committed to growing alongside you.

  • the real reason i became a marketing coach (it actually has nothing to do with the marketing)

In this episode, I’m sharing the story of feeling stuck in a career that didn’t light me up, the question that changed everything, and

why I believe content creation is one of the most powerful tools we have to build a life that’s actually aligned with who we are. If you’ve been craving more purpose, fulfillment, or freedom in your work, this one’s for you.For years, I knew something was off. I was doing what I thought I was supposed to do: work, pay bills, wait for the weekend, and repeat.

But I couldn’t shake the feeling that there had to be more.

In this episode, I’m sharing the story of how that realization eventually led to Full Potential Club, marketing coaching, and my belief that content creation isn’t about attention- it’s about creating opportunities, sharing your message, and building a life that feels aligned with who you are.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re meant for something more, I think you’ll relate to this conversation.

And if you’re listening to this and you’re in a season where you’re craving more alignment, more purpose, or more support, I’d love to invite you into my world.

Full Potential Club was created for women having these exact conversations and asking these exact questions.

And if you’re building a business and trying to figure out how to communicate what you do, market yourself, and grow sustainably, that’s exactly what I help clients do through marketing coaching.

  • overthinking content: how to show up for the people you set out to help, in the first place.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, how many of us started our businesses because we wanted more freedom, more flow, more of what feels good. And then somehow, between the excitement of starting a new venture and figuring out all of the logistics...This one thing got in the middle.Content creation became something we dread.

I get it. I've been there too. But remember it's called creating. It's support to fulfill you. Light you up. Excite you. It's a tool to reach your dreeeeaaam people. The clients or audience that YOU connect with on another level.

This episode isn't really about marketing. It's about what it feels like to show up somewhere from a genuine place. To post something because it lights you up, not because the algorithm told you to.

If you've been feeling a little disconnected from your content lately, or pressure... this one's for you.
